Make sure you’ve already FILLED OUT and SUBMITTED the forms with the info for your On-Air screens and InfoProducts before checking out your ChammCart. If you missed the forms, they are at the bottom of each individual InfoScreen product page (If you double click on each product itself, it opens its description page), underneath their description. FILL OUT THE FORM first and SUBMIT it, before taking your cart to CHECKOUT. You should fill out / submit as many forms as screens that you purchase.
